BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — The Holy Cross men's golf team competed at The Shark Invitational hosted by LIU at Brookville Country Club. The team finished in fourth place overall with play concluding on Tuesday, Apr. 15.

Sophomore Thomas O'Neill was Holy Cross's top finisher, coming in a shared third place after firing a 70 (E) and 73 (+3) on day one and a 67 (-3) on the final day of play for a 210 (E) performance. His final round was a career-best and tied for the second-lowest round in Crusader history.

After three rounds of the 54-hole course, the Crusaders finished with a score of 860 (+20) as a team.

• "The team has played extremely well of late and everyone's game is headed in the right direction. We are greatly looking forward to the Patriot League Championship at Bucknell next week," said Director of Golf Steve Napoli. "Thomas O'Neill '27 (three under par 67), Owen Egan '25 (one under par 69) and James O'Connor '28 (even par 70) played spectacular golf in the final round."
