WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — The Holy Cross men's golf team competed at the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club. The team finished in a shared eighth place overall with play concluding on Tuesday, Mar. 25.

Senior captain Nolan Schuermann was Holy Cross's top finisher coming in a shared 27th place after firing a 71 and 72 on day one and a 76 on the final day of play for a 219 (+6) performance. 

After three rounds of the 54-hole course, the Crusaders finished with a score of 892 (+40) as a team.

COACH'S CORNER:

• "Our senior captains led the way once again," said Director of Golf Steve Napoli. "Nolan Schuermann was very solid through the first two rounds. Owen Egan played spectacular golf on the final day by firing a final round of four under par (67)."
