LEWISBURG, Pa. – Holy Cross junior men's swimmer
Jack Greiner established a new program record as the swimming and diving program took part in the opening day of the Patriot League Championship hosted by Bucknell at the Kinney Natatorium.
Currently, the men are in seventh place with 88 total points. Army is in first place with 120, followed by Loyola (Md.) (116) and Navy (110).
Greiner led off the 200-yard medley relay with the backstroke and set a new team mark in the 50-yard split with a 23.24 time. Junior
Zach Bubonovich, junior
Alex Michael and sophomore Will Cark followed and hit the wall in 1:29.80 which earned 48 points to the team total.
Holy Cross will be back in action tomorrow for day two of the conference championship.
