WORCESTER, Mass. — The Holy Cross women's tennis team won four out of six singles matches, as it posted a 4-3 victory over Endicott at the Sinnott Family Tennis Facility. The Crusaders improve to 1-1 on the season with the win, while the Gulls fall to 2-3 on the year.
DOUBLES ACTION:
• Endicott swept all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
SINGLES PLAY:
• Holy Cross came back to win four singles matches and claim the overall victory.
• Junior
Ashley Zilora downed Lejla Guster 6-3, 6-2 at the No. 1 spot.
• Senior
Ahana Nagarkatti posted a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Emily Leclerc at No. 2.
• Junior
Maddie Hamm defeated Ana Mar Molina 6-1, 6-2 at No. 5.
• Sophomore
Alison Lynn added a 7-6 (5), 6-1 win over Ashley Klauck at No. 6.

• Holy Cross returns to action on Sunday, Sept. 22, when it plays host to the Holy Cross Doubles Invitational at 9 a.m.
