HAMBURG, N.J. — The Holy Cross women's golf team finished in 10th place at the FDU Invitational hosted by Fairleigh Dickinson at the Crystal Springs Golf Club.
Freshman Julianna Megan paced all Crusaders firing a 79 in the first round and 78 in the second round on day one. On the final day of play she shot a 79 for a 236 (+20) performance which gave her a share of 17th place.
After three rounds of the 72-hole course, the Crusaders finished with a score of 989 (+125) as a team.
COACH'S CORNER:
"I believe that Golf Digest ranks Crystal Springs the 36th most difficult public access golf course in the United States. Our women fought brilliantly throughout the tournament," said director of golf Steve Napoli. "Kudos to Julianna Megan '27 on three great rounds of golf (79-78-79) to tie for 17th."
