JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — The Holy Cross men's golf team competed at the Red Flash Invitational hosted by Saint Francis (SFU) at the Sunnehanna Country Club. The team finished fourth place overall with play concluding on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Senior captain Owen Egan was Holy Cross's top finisher coming in a shared fourth place after firing a 73 on day one and a 71 on the final day of play for a 144 (+4) performance.
After two rounds of the 36-hole course, the Crusaders finished with a score of 593 (+33) as a team.

- "Seniors Owen Egan (4th place) and Nolan Schuermann (14th place) played extremely well tee to green at Sunnehana Country Club," said director of golf Steve Napoli. "We head to the Bucknell Invitational next weekend and will compete against several Patriot League teams in our final stroke play tournament of the fall."
