Track and Field announces indoor schedule

WORCESTER, Mass.— The Holy Cross track and field teams announced their indoor schedule for the 2023-24 season on Thursday.

The Crusaders will open their season at Brown's Alden Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 2. Select competitors will then travel to the University of Rhode Island where the men will compete in the Rhode Island Heptathlon on Dec. 7 and 8 and the women will compete in the Rhode Island Pentathlon on Dec. 8. Those who will not participate in this select meet will head to Storrs, Conn. for the Husky Challenge, a tri-meet, on Dec. 8.

Holy Cross will return to action on Sunday, Jan. 14 for the Massachusetts Winter Opener in Boston, Mass. and will then travel to Kingston, R.I. for the Rhode Island Invitational the following weekend on Saturday, Jan. 20. The Crusaders will close out the month on the 27th at the River Hawk Invitational in Boston, Mass.

The Crusaders will take a trip to the city for the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with the women competing on Feb. 9 and the men competing on Feb. 10. Those who do not travel to Boston University will instead head back to URI for the Rhode Island Coaches Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 10. Holy Cross will conclude the 2023-24 indoor season at the Patriot League Indoor Championship hosted by the BU in Boston, Mass. from Feb. 24-25.
