KINGSTON, R.I. – The Holy Cross men's swimming and diving team finished in third place at the Harold Anderson Invitational hosted by Rhode Island at the Tootell Aquatic Center.
The Crusaders earned 715 points over the course of the three days. Providence brought home first with 875 points and Wagner (765) rounded out the top three.

Jake Thompson finished in second place with a program best mark of 3:05.72.
Individually, Nascimben took home first in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:02.20). Freshman
Austin Cutcher had a second place showing in the 1650-yard freestyle at 16:12.98 earning 17 points for the team. Junior
Luca Moscetti (17:10.94), sophomore
Chris Reilly (17:18.02) and senior
Hunter Sullivan (17:27.67) finished in sixth, seventh and eighth respectively in the same event.

Jack Greiner hit the wall third in the 200-yard backstroke at 1:51.15.
Holy Cross hosts Boston University in a Patriot League bout on Saturday, Dec. 2 at noon.
