Women's track and field has successful showing at War Eagle Invite

AUBURN, Ala. — The Holy Cross women's track and field team competed at the War Eagle Invitational on Saturday, April 16 at Hutsell-Rosen Track where several Crusaders posted personal bests.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Junior Annie Lineberger had a personal record in the pole vault with her mark of 3.92m.  
  • Junior Kate Ashley broke the school record in the 400m in a time of 56.54 and also posted a personal best in the 200m in a time of 25.94.  
  • Senior Ashley Thomas ran a personal record time of 57.52 in the 400m.  
  • Both seniors Kelsey O'Hara (2:13.17) and Grace Hoelscher (2:13.07) earned personal records in the 800m.  
  • Freshman Ella Grey had a season's best time in the 100m hurdles with 14.68.
  • Junior Eve Feuerbach won her section of the 5k in a time of 17:37.75.
