Following a nine-day break for final exams, the Holy Cross men's basketball team returns to action when it heads to New Hampshire for a 7:00 p.m. game on Monday, Dec. 19. The contest between the Crusaders and the Wildcats will be shown live by ESPN+.

Holy Cross will be playing just its fourth true road game of the season and its sixth contest away from the Hart Center. The Crusaders stand 3-8 overall on the year, and are coming off a narrow 59-58 loss at Northeastern on Dec. 10. Senior forward Gerrale Gates has led the team by averaging 17.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocked shots per game, in addition to connecting on 50.3 percent of his field goal attempts. Junior guard Bo Montgomery has added 12.1 points, 3.6 boards and 2.6 assists per contest, while freshman guard Will Batchelder is putting up 9.7 points and 2.6 assists per game.

New Hampshire stands 4-6 overall this season, with its last game being a 104-61 victory over St. Joseph's (Maine) on Dec. 12. Junior forward Clarence Daniels leads the team by averaging 15.7 points and 11.9 rebounds per contest, while hitting 43.5 percent of his shots from three-point range. Junior guard Kyree Brown is putting up 12.4 points and 3.7 assists per game (but has not played since Dec. 3), with junior guard Nick Johnson adding 11.0 points and 3.8 boards per contest.

Following the game with the Wildcats, Holy Cross will head to Sacred Heart for an 11:30 a.m. contest on Thursday, Dec. 22.
