BOSTON, Mass.— Three members of the Holy Cross men's track and field team competed at the Beacon Invitational on Saturday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

• Rigoberto Alfonso took eighth place in the 800m. He finished with a personal best time of 1:58.13
• Nyeoti Punni raced in his first collegiate 200m crossing the finish line at 22.82.
• Matthew Conway opened his indoor season with a 52.54 finish in the 400m.

NEXT UP:

• The Crusaders will return to action on Saturday, Dec. 17. The team will return to Boston, Mass. for the USATF New England Season Opener.
