The Holy Cross football team has been ranked 24
th nationally in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 poll, released on Monday, Sept. 6.
The Crusaders earn the national ranking after beating an FBS foe, defeating the
University of Connecticut by a score of 38-28 on Saturday, Sept. 4. The victory marked Holy Cross' first win over an FBS opponent since the 2002 season.
Holy Cross earns an in-season ranking for the
first time since Sept. 18, 2017. Following the Spring 2021 season, the Crusaders also earned a
No. 25 national ranking in the final American Football Coaches Association FCS Coaches' Spring Top 25 Poll.
