Holy Cross will play its final regular season series with a home-and-home against Bentley on Feb. 28 and 29. The Crusaders will travel to Waltham on Feb. 28 for a 7:05 p.m. game and host the Falcons on Feb. 29, also at 7:05 p.m.
 
On Feb. 29, Holy Cross will honor the program's eight graduating seniors prior to puck drop.
 
Talking Points
• The Crusaders enter the final weekend of the regular season having just dropped two games to Atlantic Hockey regular season champions AIC. The Crusaders fell 4-1, and 2-0.
• Pete Kessel scored the lone goal on the weekend and was assisted by Jack Surowiec.
• Matt Radomsky made 63 saves on the weekend for a .913 save percentage against the Yellow Jackets.
• With just two regular season games remaining, the Crusaders own 32 league points and sit in ninth place. Holy Cross is just three points behind Bentley. The Crusaders can finish anywhere from 6th to 10th place.
• Conner Jean ranks seventh in Atlantic Hockey in power play goals, with five.
• Neil Robinson leads the team in points with 22. The senior forward has recorded nine goals and 13 assists.
• With 15 assists, Logan Ferguson leads the team. The junior forward has picked up 21 points on the season.
• At 81.7% on the penalty kill, Holy Cross ranks fifth in the conference.
• The Crusaders average 2.50 goals per game, which is good for sixth in the league.
 
Balanced Scoring
• Holy Cross has seen 21 players record a goal and 23 of 25 skaters have picked up at least two points on the season.
• Conner Jean leads the team in scoring at 12 and accounts for 15% of the team's scoring. Neil Robinson and Kevin Darrar follow with nine goals.
• Ten Crusaders have hit the double-digit mark in points on the season.
 
Playoff Picture
• Currently, Holy Cross is in ninth place, meaning they will play the eighth place team on the road in the first round of the Atlantic Hockey playoffs.
• With Bentley in eighth place, Holy Cross needs to get at least five of the six points up for grabs in the weekend series in order to secure home ice and finish in eighth place.
• The Crusaders have the tiebreakers over Air Force and Niagara in head-to-head situations. In the event of a three way tie with Air Force and Niagara, the Crusaders will come out first due to a 3-1-2 record against the two teams.
• In the event of a three way tie with Niagara and Canisius, Holy Cross will win the tiebreaker over Niagara, but not Canisius.
 
Scouting Bentley
• The Falcons own a 11-13-2 league mark heading into the final weekend of the season.
• Most recently, Bentley dropped two games at RIT, 4-1 and 5-1.
• Jakov Novak leads the team with 30 points from 15 goals and 14 assists.
• Aidan Pelino and Fraser Kirk have been splitting time between the pipes. Pelino has played 18 games for a .877 save percentage and 3.07 goals against average. Kirk has played 15 games for a .907 save percentage and 2.23 goals against average.
 
All-time against the Falcons
• Holy Cross owns the all-time series, 35-26-10.
• The Crusaders and Falcons faced on Nov. 29 and 30 in the 2019-20 season. Bentley took both of those meetings, 3-2 and 4-1.
