ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Holy Cross men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed Wednesday at the first day of the Patriot League Championship. After five events, both the Crusader men and women sit in ninth place out of ten teams.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• With an eighth place finish in the 200 medley relay, Ben Fox, Mack Sullivan, Michael Brennan, and Christian Realbuto set a new program record with a time of 1:34.79.
• Two other program records were set in the women's 800 free relay, the first of which by Kayleigh Hoagland, Emily Sullivan, Rowan Burgess, and Brianna Larnard with a fifth place finish and a 7:31.92. Hoagland set a program record in the 200 free for her 1:50.38 in her leg of the relay.
• Lauren Moran, Isabella Miko-Rydzaj, Larnard, and Emily Skilton came in ninth in the 200 medley relay with a 1:46.33.
• In the three-meter dive, Abigail Bryant finished in 16^th with a 181.70.
• Brennan, Ben Vesey, Matthew Shea, and Christopher Cerulli came in 10^th in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:02.86.

The competition continues tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 20 at Navy.
