Swimming and diving falls at Maine

ORONO, Maine – The Holy Cross swimming and diving teams competed at Maine Saturday afternoon. The women fell, 178-122, while the men came up short with a 174.5-95.5 score.

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Katy Saladin won two events, the 100 and 200 back, with times of 1:00.38 and 2:10.72 respectively.
  • Fiona Walsh won the 1000 free with a 10:59.09.
  • In first place of the 200 free was Kayleigh Hoagland with a 1:56.51.
  • Madalyn Piasecki took the 100 fly with a 59.69.
  • On the men's side, Nathan Kramer had a pair of top two finishes as he took first place in the 200 free (1:49.94) and second in the 200 back (2:01.61).
  • Mack Sullivan won the 200 breast with a time of 2:17.16.
  • Kaikea Wilinski came in second in the 100 back with a 55.37.
UP NEXT:
Both teams will wrap up their fall seasons at the three-day Harold Anderson Invitational beginning on Friday, Nov. 22.
