THE BASICS:
Regatta: Patriot League Championship

Location: Worcester, Mass. (Lake Quinsigamond)
The Lead: The Holy Cross women's rowing team placed sixth at the Patriot League Championship on Lake Quinsigamond. Navy won the Patriot League championship and earned the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The varsity eight placed third in the opening heat out of four teams with a time of 7:04.339 to advance to the Grand Final. Boston University won the heat with a time of 6:59.729. The Crusaders then were sixth in the Grand Final with a time of 7:35.967. Boston University won with a time of 7:13.522.
- The second varsity eight finished fourth in its opening heat with a time of 7:41.753. Navy won with a time of 7:17.587. The Crusaders then won Petite Final with a time of 7:50.178.
- The varsity four placed fifth in the Grand Final with a time of 9:11.028. Navy won with a time of 8:14.076.
THE TURNPIKE TROPHY:
- The Patriot League Championship is part of the inaugural Turnpike Trophy competition between Holy Cross and Boston University. Go here for the schedule and results of the Turnpike Trophy.
- This athletic series between the in-state Patriot League rivals awards points for all head-to-head victories in both the regular season and postseason, with the Turnpike Trophy going to the school which accumulates the most points at the end of the academic year.
- This next event is between the men's rowing teams at the Eastern Sprints on May 15 on Lake Quinsigamond.

- Holy Cross Second Varsity Eight: Caroline Laurendeau (Coxswain), Maddy Supple, Siobhan Murphy,Tessie Salatas, Kaitlyn Conte, Liz Gorrill, Caroline O'Connor, Amanda Gibson, Eliza Oak.
- Holy Cross Varsity Four: Katie Santoro (Coxswain), Amanda McClure, Isabella Cuellar, Tyler Sparling, Karson Silver.
