The Lead: The Crusaders notched first place finishes in seven events to defeat Maine and Stonehill at the 2016 Holy Cross Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Kalif Raymond (Lawrenceville, Ga.) earned the top finish in the 100 m dash, recording a time of 10.72 seconds.
• In the 400 m dash, sophomore Nicholas Boire (Manchester, N.H.) placed first overall with a time of 51.00.
• Senior Lucas Keefer (Yonkers, N.Y.) earned the top finish in the 800 m run, recording a final time of 1:53.54.
• In the 110 m hurdles, freshman Brandon Thornhill (Natick, Mass.) placed first with a final time of 15.04.
• Sophomore James Donohue (Bronxville, N.Y.) ran a time of 56.14 in the 400 m hurdles to earn the top finish in his event.
• The squad of Thornhill, Raymond, junior Darrius Lacy (St. Petersburg, Fla.) and junior Andre Harton Alpharetta, Ga.) won the 4x100 m relay, recording a time of 42.90.
• In the long jump, Lacy earned the top distance with a mark of 6.31 m.
