• The Lead: Sophomore Maxine Harney finished in 30th place as an individual, as the Holy Cross women's golf team placed seventh out of eight schools in the Hartford Invitational at the Tumble Brook Country Club in Bloomfield, Conn.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Harney totaled 174 strokes over two rounds, including a team-low total over 84 strokes on the opening day.
• Senior Marisa Cameron came in 34th place with a 36-hole total of 182, while freshman Lexi Hummel-Paez carded a two-round sum of 185 to finish 36th.
• Sophomore Lindsay Sullivan and sophomore Maddy Glynn  came in 38th and 40th, respectively, with scores of 196 and 211.

• Holy Cross returns to action next weekend, April 16-17, when it competes in the Le Moyne Invitational held at the Timber Banks Golf Club in Baldwinsville, N.Y.
