• The Lead: The Crusaders earned multiple top finishes as they placed 21st overall at the 2016 New England Indoor Championship.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Tim Dunn (Fords, N.J.) placed eighth in the pole vault with a height of 4.70 m.
• In the 60 m hurdles, freshman Brandon Thornhill (Natick, Mass.) placed 24th overall with a time of 8.62.
• Sophomore Nicholas Boire (Manchester, N.H.) placed 25th in the 400 m dash, earning a time of 49.99.
• In the shot put, junior Nick Piker (Wesmont, Ill.) placed 10th overall with a mark of 14.85 m.
• In the 1000 m run finals, junior Francisco Tejidor (Coral Gables, Fla.) placed sixth with a time of 2:27.65.
• Senior Lucas Keefer (Yonkers, N.Y.) earned a sixth place finish in the 800 m run finals, setting a time of 1:52.47.
• Senior Kalif Raymond (Lawrenceville, Ga.) placed fourth in the 60 m dash finals with a time of 6.93.
• In the 4x400 m relay, the squad of Boire, Thornhill, sophomore James Donohue (Bronxville, N.Y.) and sophomore William Ward (North Attleboro, Mass.) finished 13th in a time of 3:20.75.

BEYOND THE RESULTS:

• Raymond's time of 6.93 in the 60 m dash is a new Holy Cross record. This is the second-straight week Raymond has broken the record, having set a time of 6.95 at last weekend's Patriot League Championship.

• The Crusaders will be back in action on Friday, Mar. 4th where qualifying student-athletes will compete at the IC4A Indoor Championship in Boston.
