- Elia picked up the No. 5 singles win over Jessica Macaluso in a tie-breaking third set, 4-6, 6-1, (10-8). The win was the first of Elia's career.
- Crusader No. 1 singles player, senior Taylor Stathis (Rockaway Beach, N.Y.), lost her match to Ali Garrity, 6-2, 6-3, while junior Jaclyn Carroll (Tewksbury, Mass.) was defeated in No. 2 singles by Mitsuki Fukamachi, 6-4, 6-0.
