Sophomore Joseph Mahon of the Holy Cross men’s cross country team has been selected as the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for Oct. 7 – 13.  

Mahon came in seventh place overall and was Holy Cross’s top finisher at the New England Championship on Friday, Oct. 11. He ran the eight-kilometer course in a time of 24:38.90, a personal best. Mahon led the Crusaders to a sixth-place finish out of 17 teams with a total of 173 points.

The Holy Cross cross country teams return to action on Friday, Oct. 25 when they head to New Britain, Conn. for the CCSU Mini Meet.
