Holy Cross Athletics

Sophomore forward/defender Karenna Beckstein of the Holy Cross women’s soccer team has been selected as the Hilton Garden Inn Crusader of the Week for Sept. 16 – 22. 

Beckstein started in the conference opener against Lafayette as a forward and ended the game playing defense. She scored on a header in the first half for her first goal of the season and the game-winner to lead the Crusaders to a 1-0 win.

Holy Cross women's soccer (4-6, 1-0) returns to action Wednesday, Sept. 25 when they head to West Point, N.Y. to take on Army (7-2, 1-0) at 6:00 p.m.
