NEW FOR 2025 | Holy Cross Football Game Day Enhancements

TAILGATING HOURS

Starting this season, ALL tailgating lots will open at 9 a.m. prior to each game regardless of kickoff time.

UPDATED PREMIER (BASEBALL) LOT ENTRY POLICIES

ALL fans entering the Premier (Baseball) Lot will require a game ticket to access the area.

Only vehicles with a valid Premier (Baseball) Lot parking pass will be allowed to enter through the gate located on Southbridge Street. No pedestrians will be allowed to enter via the vehicle entrance on Southbridge Street.

ALL passengers in the vehicle must have a valid game ticket.

Upon vehicle entry:

• The parking attendant will scan the parking pass and the game tickets of all passengers in the vehicle.
• Passengers without tickets can purchase a ticket, though this will delay entry and hold up the line.
• Passengers that do not purchase a ticket will be asked to exit the vehicle, or the vehicle can turn around to leave the entrance area.

All pedestrians looking to access the Premier (Baseball) Lot must enter at the right field ticket office gate off Fitton Avenue.

If you arrive from West Lot, Upper Campus, or Freshman Field, the only entry option for the Premier (Baseball) Lot is to enter at the right field ticket office gate.

GATE OPENING TIMES

Beginning one hour prior to kickoff, all other stadium gates will be open for entry. This includes:

• Gate D on McKeon Road with zero-incline stadium access from Freshman Field (via the McKeon Road sidewalk).
• Gate A on Fitton Avenue, with easy access from the Parking Garage.
• Gate B, for those inside the baseball field area, on the warning track near the right field foul pole.
  • Gate B allows fans to enter the football area without having to scan a ticket. Fans will have coats or bags checked, if appropriate, when entering the football area. Tickets will not be scanned again.

Once inside any of the outer gates described above to access either Fitton Fields, re-entry will not be permitted.

NEW CONCESSIONS OFFERINGS

Holy Cross Hospitality is offering a number of new delicious selections at Holy Cross football home games this fall! 

Holy Crust Brick Oven Pizza | From the new Holy Cross Pizza Oven, fans can enjoy 10-inch personal pizzas (cheese or pepperoni) made fresh at Fitton Field!

BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle and Onion | Served at the 1843 Grill at Fitton 

Holy Cross Specialty Boston Dog, Chili and Cheese Hot Dog | Served at College Hill Sausage and Dogs 

Chocolate Chip Cookies | Homemade by the Kimball Sweet Shoppe Bakery

Returning for its second season, the Harpoon x Holy Cross Hazy IPA is available for purchase at Fitton Field. (Looking for the Holy Cross Hazy IPA for your tailgate? You can find it at a number of Worcester-area locations!)

Other beverage offerings on game day include: 

• Draft Beer: Soul Purpose Krush Groove, Coors Light, Sam Seasonal Oktoberfest
• Canned Beer: Harpoon x Holy Cross Hazy IPA, Coors Light, Blue Moon, Modelo
• Hard Cider: Carlson’s Orchard Hard Cider
• Spiked Seltzers: Surfside, White Claw
• Soda: Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Starry, Ginger Ale
• Water

New this year is our Pepsi Zone, with tables and chairs for guests to enjoy their food and beverages on the new home side adjacent to all of our concession offerings.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS

As a reminder, ALL transactions at Fitton Field are cashless. A reverse ATM is available at the Luth Athletic Complex for fans looking to convert cash into cards. 

NEW EMCEE 

A new on-field emcee will be taking the field at Fitton Field this season. Manny Alvarado of Manny Jae Media will be the new on-field host for all football games in 2025. As a long-time member of the Worcester community, Manny is excited to be a part of the Holy Cross Athletics fan experience team this season. 

THEME GAMES & PROMOTIONS

Holy Cross will be hosting a number of theme games this fall!

vs. University of Rhode Island | 2 p.m. | Sat. Sept. 13 | 508 Community Day / First Responders Day

Holy Cross football kicks off the home schedule with our 508 Community and First Responders Days at the stadium. All first responders will receive complimentary tickets to the game. Join us postgame for the first opportunity for postgame autographs with the 2025 Holy Cross football team. 

vs. Harvard University | 2 p.m. | Sat. Oct. 4 | Homecoming / Education Appreciation Day

Calling all Crusader alumni — don't miss this year's Homecoming game at Fitton Field! We will also celebrate the contributions of members of the education community with our Education Appreciation Day. All educators will receive complimentary tickets and an option for additional discounts. Past Crusader legends will also be honored during a halftime Crusader of the Year ring ceremony, along with other recognitions of Crusader Athletics anniversary teams.

Come join us for a fall afternoon at Fitton for the annual Healthcare Heroes game! We will Pink Out Fitton in support of breast cancer awareness. All healthcare workers will receive two complimentary tickets to the game. We'll also be celebrating the Varsity Club Hall of Fame class during the game!

Join us for the final game at Fitton Field in 2025 for Family Weekend and Senior Day! We'll also be honoring our military for Military and Veterans Appreciation Day. All active and reserved duty military, retired and veterans can claim two free tickets. Be on the lookout for Halloween contests and chances to win prizes leading up to the game!
