WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross volleyball head coach Matthew Cribbin is excited to announce the addition of six student-athletes that will arrive on The Hill for the 2026 campaign.

Five of the six student-athletes are freshmen, while the other is a transfer that joins February signee Georgia Murphy as part of the 2026 roster.

"I am thrilled to announce this incredible group of six additions to our roster for fall 2026," Cribbin said. "The talent level of this group is outstanding, and I feel like they complement our team in the best possible way. We've added depth, athleticism, experience, and most importantly great character to our program with this class, and I am eager to see them take the court with our team in a few short weeks."

Nora Benjamins | MB | 6-2 | Downers Grove, Ill. | Downers Grove North | 1st Alliance

• Played three seasons of varsity under head coach Mark Wasik
• Team captain (2025)
• Led the league in total blocks (2024, 2025) and hitting percentage (2024)
• Two-time All-Conference (2024, 2025)
• Three-time All-Academic (2023, 2024, 2025)
• Two-time All-State Honorable Mention (2024, 2025)
• Two-time All-Area Team (2024, 2025)
• Team won the conference in 2025
• Recorded a career .415 hitting percentage
• Also competed for 1st Alliance Club Team under head coach Meghan Keck
• Named to the GJNC All-Tournament Team in 2023
• Three-time High Honor Roll honoree (2023, 2024, 2025)
• Plans to major in neuroscience at Holy Cross
• Her mother, Maureen played volleyball at Duke and was a three-time team captain, the D1 Dig Leader an AAC All-Freshman Team honoree and played professionally for Montreux

Coach Cribbin on Nora Benjamins: "Nora is an exciting addition to our team, bringing in great size, athleticism, and experience playing for an extremely well respected club. Her ability to attack from various points on the net will be a great addition to our middle corps."

• Team finished in 11th place in the girls 4x1 in states (2024)
• Two-time state high-jump qualifier
• One-time state long-jump qualifier
• Played club volleyball for Crossfire coached by Pilar Onstad
• Off the court, was the Student Body President, a member of the National Honor Society and a Student Council Member
• Named to the honor roll in 2023
• Also part of the Opera Club, FCA, Link Crew and Concert Choir
• Plans to major in philosophy at Holy Cross
• Her mother, Angela played volleyball at Wisconsin La-Crosse
• Her brothers, Kayden and Langden played football with Kayden playing at South Dakota (2022-24) and Langden at North Dakota (2024-25) and Augsburg (2025-present)

Coach Cribbin on Sarahya College: "Sarahya is such an exciting dynamic player. Her athleticism is among the best we've seen. Her court vision and technical skills supplement her explosiveness as she will bring a dangerous combination of attacking and blocking to our right side."

Coach Cribbin on Drew Flanagan: "Drew will bring championship experience to The Hill and help bolster the athleticism of our setting group. Her ability to run a fast tempo and compete for every ball will really help improve the competitiveness of each session and push the entire team forward."

• Transfer from Eastern Kentucky and played one season for the Colonels as a sophomore
• Appeared in 29 matches making 26 starts and played 98 sets
• Totaled 204 kills (2.08 K/S) hitting .190 with 57 digs (0.58 D/S), 26 total blocks and three assists
• Recorded a career-high 16 kills against Cincinnati (9/19/25) hitting .262 in the match
• Posted 14 kills against Akron (9/12/25) and Austin Peay (11/1/25)
• Had a career-high seven digs against Appalachian State (8/30/25)
• Blocked three attack attempts versus Northern Kentucky (9/13/25) and at North Florida (10/17/25)
• Competed for Cincinnati in 2024 as a freshman appearing in two matches
• Played at IMG Academy for the inaugural season of volleyball
• While at IMG was selected to play in the 2024 Under Armour Next All-America game

• Played three seasons of varsity under head coach Shenee Boyle
• One-time team captain
• Team won the All-Academic award her sophomore year
• During her senior year, her team won the conference
• Finished her career with 615 kills, 106 blocks and 41 aces
• During her senior season, she averaged 3.69 kills per set
• All-District First Team (2024-25)
• All-Conference First Team (2024-25)
• All-State All-Academic for all three years on varsity
• Named to the 2025-26 girls volleyball leaders list with 336 kills in 91 games
• Also competed for High Performance St. Louis club team under head coach Ben O'Day

Coach Cribbin on Kat Teepe: "Kat has a rare combination of power and technique that will surely elevate the level of our gym. She has the skills and volleyball IQ to challenge the best of defenses but can also take the big swing with tremendous power and overwhelm her competition. We look forward to seeing her impact in the gym both offensively and defensively."
