ANNAPOLIS, Md.- The Holy Cross women's track and field team concluded the final day of competition at the 2026 Patriot League Championships on Saturday, May 16 at the United States Naval Academy. The Crusaders finished in sixth place with 40 total points out of the field of 10.

Senior Celia Kulis won a pair of medals including the gold in the heptathlon. Kulis reset her previous program record with 5,171 total points in the event. She finished first in the 100m hurdles (13.66) and shot put (12.59m), placed second in the 200m (25.14), third in the long jump (5.55), fifth in the high jump (1.57m), sixth in the javelin (31.92m) and ninth in the 800m (2:34.23). Kulis is the first Holy Cross athlete in program history to win the Patriot League women's heptathlon.

Kulis also secured a bronze medal in the 100m hurdles, posting a time of 13.78. She qualified for the finals with a record setting performance on Friday that saw her break Holy Cross' program record as well as Navy's facility record with a time of 13.47 in the prelims. 

MEET HIGHLIGHTS: 

• Freshman Megan Moran finished ninth in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:04.18.
• Sophomore Aluna Coogan-Coyne clocked a time of 4:29.26 to finish 10th in the 1,500m.
• Senior Giavanna Ciaravino placed fifth in the 100m dash with a time of 12.00.
• Freshman Frankie Spagna and sophomore Victoria McGowan finished seventh and ninth in the triple jump with personal best marks of 11.59m and 11.47m.
