HOW IT HAPPENED:

- A two-run homer kicked off a 12-run fourth-inning, extending the Portland lead to 15-0.
- That score held until the top of the seventh inning, when Holy Cross put three runs on the board. After a pair of strikeouts, four straight walks pushed a run across for the Crusaders. Back-to-back bases-loaded singles made it a 15-3 game before the Pilots shut the door with another strikeout.
DUE UP:

- First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.
