Kat Fogarty elevated to women's basketball associate head coach

WORCESTER, Mass.- Holy Cross head women's basketball coach Candice Green has announced the promotion of Kat Fogarty to associate head coach.

"I am thrilled to announce Kat as associate head coach", said coach Green. "This is a position she has earned after seven dedicated years and countless accomplishments at Holy Cross, including three Patriot League championships and helping coach 11 all-conference players. More than her ability to coach, she is a connector of people. Every player, administrator, and alum loves Kat because of her gift to make every person feel seen, heard and valued. I am so proud of her, and am grateful for all she does on and off the court for this program. She is the heart of this team!"

Fogarty, who is entering her seventh season on The Hill, has helped lead the Crusaders to 114 wins, two Patriot League regular season titles, three Patriot League Tournament Championships and an NCAA Tournament victory in her tenure.

The Crusaders will tip off the 2026-27 season on Monday, Nov. 2, traveling to Boston College for a 6:00 p.m. showdown.
