ALBANY, N.Y. – The Holy Cross women's soccer team continued on the road, facing UAlbany in a non-conference night game. The Crusaders picked up a 0-0 tie with the Great Danes.

IN GOAL:

• Holy Cross: Aubrey Haesche (T, 3-1-2), five saves
• UAlbany: Claudia Volino (T, 1-4-2), nine saves

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Neither team scored in the first half.
• The Crusaders led the Great Danes 7-2 in shots and 2-1 in corners through 45 minutes.
• Neither team scored in the second half.
• Holy Cross led UAlbany 18-10 in shots, 9-5 in shots on goal and 4-3 in corners to conclude the game.

UP NEXT:

• The Crusaders (3-3-2) return home to host Rhode Island (5-1) on Sunday, Sept. 14, for a 2:00 pm kickoff and Crusader Community Festival game at Linda Johnson Smith Soccer Stadium in Worcester, Mass.
