WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross senior defender
Julian Beban has been selected to the 2025 Academic All-Patriot League men's soccer team, as announced by the conference office. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing with at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, and be a starter or key reserve.
Beban played in all 18 games for the Crusaders this season, starting 15 times and ranking fifth on the team with 1,252 minutes played. He was a key part of a defense that posted a goals against average of 1.28 on the year with three shutouts. Over the course of his Holy Cross career, Beban tallied five points on one goal and three assists, while playing in 64 games with 53 starts and seeing 4,607 minutes of action. In the classroom, he carries a 3.73 cumulative grade point average with a major in mathematics.
Holy Cross finished the season with an overall record of 4-8-6 and a 1-5-3 mark in the Patriot League.
