WORCESTER, Mass. – Junior Isabela Miller totaled five points on three goals and two assists, as the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team defeated Colgate 14-9 at Kuzniewski Field in the quarterfinals of the Patriot League Tournament. The Crusaders improve to 12-5 overall and move on to face Navy in the semifinals, while the Raiders finish the season with a record of 3-14.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
• Freshman Annabel Brennan tied her career high with three goals scored.
• Junior Ella Kittredge and junior Sally Zinsner both finished with two goals and one assist for three points.
• Sophomore Racheli Levy-Smith posted team highs of seven draw controls and seven ground balls.
• Senior Tori Cini made 11 saves in goal, while picking up her 10th victory of the year.
• Ella Bishara led Colgate with three goals.
• Holy Cross finished the game with a 36-29 advantage in shots, while the Raiders held a 15-12 edge in draw controls.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Colgate opened the day by jumping out to a 3-0 lead with 5:31 left in the first quarter.
• The Crusaders responded by scoring the next four goals, and went on to take a 7-4 halftime lead.
• The Raiders scored the first two goals of the third quarter to close the gap, and were still down by just one (10-9) with 13:36 left in regulation.
• But Holy Cross would dominate play down the stretch, outscoring Colgate 4-0 the rest of the way to pull away for a five-goal victory.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
• The win was the Crusaders' first in the postseason since April 22, 2014, when they downed Colgate 10-8 in the Patriot League quarterfinals.
• Holy Cross' 12 overall victories are tied for the fourth-most in program history. 
• The Crusaders improve to 6-0 all-time in home Patriot League Tournament games.

UP NEXT:
• Holy Cross will return to action on Thursday, May 2, when it faces Navy at 7 p.m. in the Patriot League semifinals.
• The game will be played at the Ridley Athletic Complex in Baltimore, Md.
