WORCESTER, Mass.— The Holy Cross track and field teams announced their outdoor schedule for the 2024 season.
The Crusaders will open their season splitting squads on Saturday, Mar. 30. Select athletes will participate in the Black and Gold Invitational hosted by Bryant while others will travel to the Same Howell Invitational hosted by Princeton.
Holy Cross enters April with a trip to Amherst, Mass. for the UMass Flagship meet from Friday, Apr. 5 through Saturday Apr. 6. The following weekend the Crusaders will once again split either heading to the two day UConn Northeast Challenge from Apr. 12 through Apr. 13 or head to the Merrimack Invitational on Apr. 14. Holy Cross will head home to host the Holy Cross Invitational on Saturday, Apr. 20 before closing out the month at the Skyhawk Invitational hosted by Stonehill on Saturday Apr. 27.
The Crusaders turn the heat up in the month of May with the Patriot League Championships hosted by Bucknell from Friday, May 3 through Saturday, May 4. Holy Cross will conclude the 2024 outdoor season by hosting the New England Outdoor Championship, believed to be the first time hosting in program history, from Friday, May 10 to Saturday, May 11.
