WEST POINT, N.Y. — Freshman
Ezequiel De la Plaza advanced to the quarterfinals, to lead the Holy Cross men's tennis team in competition at the Patriot League Intercollegiate Tennis Association Masters Qualifier at the Malek Tennis Center.
SINGLES ACTION:
• After receiving a bye into the second round, De la Plaza knocked off the No. 3 seed, Jacob Esterotiz of Boston University, 6-4, 1-6, 6-4.
• De la Plaza was then defeated by Josh Israel of Colgate 6-3, 6-2 in the quarterfinals.
• Sophomore
Teddy Callery also received a bye in the second round, where he fell to Arman Ganchi of Lafayette 6-1, 6-2/
DOUBLES PLAY:
• Junior
Camilo Illanes and freshman
Will Donnelly were downed by Bucknell's Brendan McDonald and Amar Tahirovic 6-2 in the quarterfinals.

• Holy Cross returns to action on Friday, Nov. 1, when it takes part in the Nichols Doubles Invitational.
