2022-23 GCAA All-America Scholars

Men's Golf

Men's golf has three players named as GCAA All-America Scholars

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross men's golf Owen Egan, Christian Emmerich and Nolan Schuermann were named as 2022-23 All-America Scholars from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). 

In order to be eligible, individuals must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically and must have participated in 50% of their teams competition or have under a 76.0 stroke average while maintaining a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average.

This is the first time Egan and Schuermann have been recognized and the second time Emmerich earned this honor. During the 2022-23 season Egan recorded a 73.88 stroke average, Emmerich managed a 74.15 stroke average and Schuermann posted a 75.33 stroke average.
