WORCESTER, Mass. – Sophomore Isabela Miller totaled six points on five goals and one assist to lead the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team to a 13-7 victory over Colgate at Kuzniewski Field. The Crusaders improve to 6-9 on the season and 3-4 in the Patriot League with the win, while the Raiders fall to 3-10 overall and 2-5 in the conference.

Junior Tori Cini made a career-high 15 saves on the evening while allowing just seven goals in 60 minutes of action. Senior Henna Brennan and sophomore Sally Zinsner both finished with two goals and one assist, while junior Lauren Drillock scored a pair of goals. Molly Krestinski and Devon Maillet led Colgate with two goals apiece. 

The game was close early on, with the Raiders holding a 3-2 lead early in the second quarter. Holy Cross then ran off five straight goals to take a 7-3 lead with 4:21 left before halftime. Colgate was able to close the gap to two (9-7) with 10:43 left in the fourth quarter, before Brennan scored a key goal while the Crusaders were down two players. That ignited a 4-0 run to end the game, as Holy Cross pulled away to win by six. 

The Crusaders will return to action on Saturday, April 22, when they play host to Lehigh at 1 p.m.

• Miller becomes the fifth different Holy Cross player to score at least four goals in a game this season.
• Cini's 15 saves are the most by a Crusader in a single game this year
• The victory was Holy Cross' first over Colgate since 2015.
