The Holy Cross baseball team has announced its 54-game schedule for the 2023 season.
The Crusaders will play 29 non-conference contests in addition to their 25-game Patriot League slate.
The 2023 season will commence with a four-game series against Purdue from Feb. 17 to 19 in Sugar Land, Texas; the contests will be played at Constellation Field, home of the Houston Astros' Triple-A affiliate, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
Weekend passes for the series are $28, with daily passes costing $12 for adults.
The following weekend, the Crusaders travel to the Virginia Military Institute for a four-game slate from Feb. 24 to 26. Holy Cross and the Keydets met during the 2022 season in Lexington, Va., with pitchers

The Crusaders will visit the Carolinas during their spring break trip, beginning with four games at the USA Baseball Complex in Cary, N.C. On March 4, Holy Cross will play contests against Dartmouth and Wagner, followed by games against Penn State on March 5 and 6. Holy Cross then heads to Charleston, S.C., for a single game at Charleston Southern on March 7, followed by three games at The Citadel (March 10-12).
Holy Cross opens its home and Northeast slates with a game against Boston College on March 14 at Fitton Field. On March 18 and 19, the Crusaders will play Seton Hall on the road in a three-game series.
The Crusaders host UMass on March 21 before traveling to UMass Lowell on March 22.
Patriot League play opens from March 24 to 26, with Holy Cross hosting Army West Point for four games. The following weekend, the Crusaders host Navy for a doubleheader on April 1 before a home doubleheader against Bucknell on April 2.
Conference play continues with a three-game series at Navy on April 8 and 9 before the Crusaders return home to host Lehigh on April 15 and 16. Holy Cross will head to Army for a midweek matchup on April 19 before heading back to Worcester for three games vs. Lafayette (April 22-23).
Holy Cross visits Bucknell for three Patriot League contests on April 29 and 30, and rounds out the regular season with doubleheaders at Lafayette on May 6 and Lehigh on May 7.
Additional nonconference contests for the Crusaders include home games against Merrimack (April 5), Dartmouth (April 25) and Brown (May 2) and road games at Harvard (March 28), Brown (April 4), Stonehill (April 11) and Rhode Island (April 12).
The Crusaders will seek to return to the Patriot League Tournament for the second consecutive season and the 12
th time since 2008. The conference semifinal series are scheduled for May 12 and 13 with the finals set for May 19-21.
LEADOFF DINNER
Before the season begins, Holy Cross will host a leadoff reception to support the baseball and softball programs teams on Feb. 4. Individual tickets for the reception cost $150, which includes a $50 donation to the donor's choice of baseball and/or softball.
