WORCESTER, Mass. — Holy Cross men's lacrosse head coach J.L. Reppert has announced the hiring of Keith Euker as an assistant coach.

"A man for others, his varied experiences and wealth of knowledge will enable him to make an instant impact on our student-athletes and our program's approach to excellence. We look forward to a bright future with Keith and his family as part of our program."
 
Euker comes to Holy Cross after spending the 2022 season as the volunteer assistant coach at Boston University.  Here, Euker personally mentored Terrier junior faceoff specialist Conor Calderone who earned Second Team All-Patriot League honors. During his season with the Terriers, the team was the Regular Season Champion and earned Patriot League Champion honors. The team received one First Team All-American honors, as well as seven All-Patriot League honors, including Goalie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year.
 
"I'd like to thank Coach Reppert and Athletic Director Kit Hughes for this incredible opportunity," said Euker. "Besides being one of the top academic institutions in the country, Holy Cross has a rich tradition with their men's lacrosse program. I'm excited to get started and build upon that foundation."
 
Before his time at BU, Euker served as the head coach for McDaniel College. Here, Euker rebuilt McDaniel's historic lacrosse program by recruiting and coaching 10 players who received All-Centennial Conference honors. During his tenure, he also increased the team's average GPA from 2.4 to 3.6 and secured a Division I level sponsorship from STX, making it the only such sponsorship in all of Division III.
 
Prior to his career as a coach, Euker spent 10 years in the technology sector. His career began in sales but progressed to executive-level management. He last worked for DP Solutions in Columbia, Md. as the Vice President of Business Development. During his time at DP Solutions, he began coaching high school golf where he uncovered his passion for college and decided to transition to the collegiate level.

Euker graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 1999, where he received his bachelor's in communications with a concentration in public relations. A four-year letter winner for the Greyhounds, Euker also competed in the 1998 NCAA Final Four.
