EASTON, Pa. – Senior
Jolie Creo totaled 10 points on five goals and five assists to lead the Holy Cross women's lacrosse team to a 16-4 victory over Lafayette at Fisher Stadium. The Crusaders improve to 5-7 on the season and 2-3 in the Patriot League, while the Leopards fall to 2-9 overall and 1-4 in the conference.
Senior
Grace Flink also turned in an outstanding performance, making 15 saves while allowing just four goals. In addition, senior
Jordyn Arakelian, junior
Jenna Giardina and sophomore
Lauren Drillock scored two goals each for Holy Cross.
The Crusaders led 2-1 with eight minutes left in the first quarter, before going on a 9-0 run over the next 18 minutes to take an 11-1 lead. Both Arakelian and Drillock scored twice during that spurt. Holy Cross would lead by at least eight goals the rest of way, cruising to a 12-goal victory.
The Crusaders will return to action on Saturday, April 16, when they play host to Navy at 12:00 p.m.

• Flink's 15 saves were her most in a single-game this season.
