WORCESTER, Mass. — The Holy Cross men's tennis team was defeated by Navy 7-0 at the Sinnott Family Tennis Facility. The Crusaders fall to 2-13 on the season, while the Midshipmen improve to 24-10 overall.
Navy began the winning all three doubles matches to claim the doubles point. The Midshipmen then went on to take all six of the singles matches in straight sets. The closest match of the day came at No. 4 singles, where freshman
Jeremy Clark was edged out by Navy's Nicholas Nguyen 7-6 (8-6), 7-5.
The Crusaders return to action on Wednesday, April 13, when they play host to Boston University at 2:30 p.m.
