PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Holy Cross men's tennis team was defeated by Brown 7-0 in non-conference action at the Pizzitola Sports Center. The Crusaders fall to 1-5 on the season, while the Bears improve to 8-6 overall.

Brown began the day by winning all three doubles matches to take the doubles point, then went on to sweep the singles matches. The closest match of the day came at No. 3 singles, where sophomore
Connor Nelson fell to the Bears' Matthew Mu 5-7, 6-3 (10-6).
