WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross women's basketball team will look to win the Patriot League regular-season title outright on Wednesday night in the Hart Center Arena when they take on Boston University with tip-off slated for 6:00 p.m. The contest will stream live on ESPN+.

The contest will be a "White Out" game. Fans are encouraged to wear white and there will be numerous giveaways to students during the duration of the contest.
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT HOLY CROSS (19-9, 13-4 PL):Â
- Holy Cross is coming off clinching at least a share of the Patriot League regular-season championship with a wire-to-wire 73-59 dismantling of Army West Point Saturday afternoon. Senior Avery LaBarbera dropped 26 points to go with nine rebounds and eight assists while classmate Madison Demski scored 12 points in a starting role.
- For the seventh time this season, Avery LaBarbera was named Patriot League Honorable Mention the league offices announced Monday afternoon. LaBarbera averaged 24.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 48.6% (18-of-38) from the floor, 42.9% (6-of-14) from deep, and 85.7% (6-of-7) from the charity stripe.
- The Crusaders are one win away from the 22nd 20-win season in program history with their last 20-win campaign coming in 2013-14 (20-12).
- Holy Cross needs one more conference win to set the program's all-time mark which would snap the previous record of 13 set in 2002-03.
SCOUTING THE TERRIERS (16-12, 12-5 PL):Â
- The Terriers, who are 4-4 in February head to the Heart of the Commonwealth after a 69-51 victory at home against Bucknell on Saturday. Sydney Johnson scored 21 points with six rebounds while shooting 9-of-16 (56.3%) from the floor. BU outrebounded (43-to-33) and outshot (49.2%-to-30.6%) the Bison.
- It will be strength on strength Wednesday night as the Terriers lead the Patriot League in field goal percentage (42.5%) and three-point percentage (34.3%) while the Crusaders are second in the conference in opponent field goal percentage (37.0%) and opponent three-point percentage (27.4%). Â
LAST TIME THEY MET:Â
- Holy Cross holds a 19-13 advantage in the series between the two programs which began back in 1975.
- In the last meeting between the two programs on February 16, the Terriers rallied from a 19-9 first-quarter deficit to win 74-56 over the Crusaders. Four players recorded double-figures for BU including Alex Giannaros (16) and Chiara Tibbitt (16) while Avery LaBarbera produced a game-high 20 points.
HOLY CROSS SEEDING SCENARIOS:Â
- Per the Patriot League, the following three seeding scenarios exist for the Crusaders.
- Can clinch the No. 1 seed with a win over BU.
- Can clinch the No. 2 seed with a loss and an American loss.
- Can clinch the No. 3 seed with a loss and an American win.
