For every Holy Cross home contest at Fitton Field, all lots will open four hours prior to kickoff. Lots will remain open until 15 minutes prior to kickoff, at which point fans will be asked to enter the stadium to enjoy the game and the enhanced stadium offerings, including upgraded concessions, videoboard shows, and in-stadium beer and wine sales. Tailgating during the game will not be permitted at any lot. All guests will be cleared from parking areas by kickoff, and Holy Cross reserves the right to remove patrons who do not comply with tailgating policies.
Holy Cross Athletics enforces a strict no re-entry policy.
Fans are encouraged to purchase parking passes in advance, as once lots reach maximum capacity, cars without passes will be turned away. Postgame tailgating will be allowed for up to one hour, dependent on daylight, and will begin once the game has concluded.
As you take part in tailgating, we ask that you please help us maintain the campus buildings, grounds and landscape which are important investments for students, faculty, staff and fans to enjoy. Inappropriate or dangerous behavior affecting the safety of guests, resulting in destruction of college property, facilities and/or grounds, or failing to adhere to these tailgating policies may result in the permanent and immediate loss of tailgating privileges.
Holy Cross requires the use of propane gas grills. The maximum allowed propane cylinder size is no greater than 20 pounds. Charcoal grills are not permitted. Grills and tailgates should not impede parking spaces, sidewalks or roadways.
Amplified music is prohibited in all tailgate areas.Â
The following are prohibited in tailgate areas:
Large source containers of alcohol (i.e. kegs, beer funnels, etc.), drinking games (beer pong, flip cup, beer ball, etc.), glass containers/bottles, open flames, charcoal grills, wood burning, smokers, deep fryers or fuel powered generators.
