PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Holy Cross women's soccer team fell to Brown, 4-0, in nonconference action on Sunday, August 29.
Brown jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first half, opening the scoring in the 19
th minute with a goal from Brittany Raphino. Less than eight minutes later, Maesyn G'Bye scored on a free kick; Miya Grant-Clavijo scored with six minutes left in the half to build the three-goal advantage.
The Bears tacked on another goal in the 47
th minute after Ava Seelenfreund sent a ball in the high left corner of the net.

The Crusaders are back in action on Thursday, Sept. 2 when they travel to Fairfield.
