BOSTON – The Holy Cross women's hockey team lost to No. 3/4 Northeastern 12-0 Saturday afternoon at Matthews Arena.
The Huskies used a big second period to take control of the game as they scored seven times. On the day, 10 different players recorded a strike for Northeastern.
Bryn Saarela led the way for Holy Cross with four shots on goal. In the faceoff circle,
Paige McArthur went 9-for-16 to lead the Crusaders.
Jada Brenon's 23 saves moved her into second place all-time in program history with 2,028 career saves. She is 366 saves away from taking over first place in the Crusader record books.
