WORCESTER, Mass. – Sophomore guard
Judson Martindale scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Holy Cross men's basketball team to a 95-52 victory over Mount St. Vincent at the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex. The Crusaders improve to 2-4 overall, while the Dolphins fall to 1-5 on the year.

Gerrale Gates posted the fifth double-double of his Holy Cross career, finishing the game with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Sophomore guard

Caleb Kenney totaled 11 points and nine rebounds. Mount St. Vincent was led by Kalos Evans with 10 points.
The game was close early on, and the Dolphins held a 20-19 lead with 8:50 remaining in the first half. The Crusaders then went on a 16-2 run over the next five minutes to pull in front. Holy Cross would lead by as many as 14 points late in the half, before taking a 42-30 advantage into the locker room.
The Crusaders were still up by 12 (53-41) with 14:56 left to play, when they used a 30-2 run over the next 10 minutes to put the game away. During that stretch, Holy Cross held Mount St. Vincent to one-for-16 shooting while forcing five turnovers. The Crusaders would lead by at least 37 points the rest of the way, eventually posting a 43-points victory.
Holy Cross made 50.7 percent of its field goal attempts and 45.2 percent of its three-pointers on the day, while holding a 45-26 rebounding advantage. The Dolphins made just 35.8 percent of their shots from the floor and had 20 turnovers.
The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, Nov. 27, when they play host to New Hampshire at 5:00 p.m.
