WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross men's hockey team earned it's third-straight win and sixth win in its last seven league games by taking down RIT, 4-3. The Crusaders erased two one-goal differentials to top the Tigers.
Neil Robinson led the way with one goal and one assist.
RIT took the first lead of the game, scoring three quarters of the way through the opening period on a power play. The Crusaders returned the favor as
Neil Robinson picked up his eighth of the year on an unassisted effort.
Matt Radomsky turned aside nine shots as the teams skated to the second period tied, 1-1.
The second period continued to be even with each team registering nine shots on frame. The Crusaders jumped ahead courtesy of Erkka Vanska, 2-1. But RIT responded less than one minute later with a second power play goal to even things up. The Tigers took the lead with their first even-strength goal of the night, 3-2.
Holy Cross erased the deficit nearing the midpoint of the third period from
Jake Pappalardo, 3-3. The Crusaders held control of the game as they put on 13 shots in the final period.
Kevin Darrar netted his sixth goal in as many games with under two minutes to play in regulation to give the Crusaders the 4-3 lead.
Radomsky finished the night leading the Crusaders through another six-on-five situation and 23 saves.

Logan Ferguson broke up a play in the neutral zone to start the Crusader rush into RIT territory. Ferguson found Darrar trailing, who shot through traffic for the go-ahead goal.
