WORCESTER, Mass. – Seven members of the Holy Cross men's golf team have been selected to the 2019 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the conference office. The Crusaders tied with Lafayette for the second most selections to the Academic Honor Roll.
Leading the team were senior Joe Egan and junior Joe Brosseau, who were named to the Academic Honor Roll for the third time during their collegiate careers. Two Crusaders made their second career appearance in senior Jake Peer and sophomore Harrison Thayer, while sophomore Paul Carey, sophomore Connor Phillips and freshman Collin Fitzpatrick were all honored for the first time.
A total of 41 student-athletes from men's golf teams around the league earned spots on this year's Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade point average of 3.20 or better during the spring semester.
