WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross softball team lost its final home game of the season to Bryant, 7-3, on May 3. The Bulldogs improve to 13-30 and the Crusaders stand at 11-31.
Sophomore Sydney Behrens and senior Taylor Moss both notched an RBI. Junior Jackie Brewster hit a double going 1-2 and now has 13 on the season. She is two doubles away from tying the single-season program record.

Sixth Inning:
- With senior Savannah Young and freshman Alyssa Gutierrez on base, Behrens reached first base on a fielder's choice and sent Young home.
- Sophomore Sydney Burr notched a single up the middle to let Gutierrez advance to home.
Seventh Inning:
- Senior Mandy McCarthy tallied the third run of the game for the Crusaders after Moss hit a grounded ball to Bryant's pitcher.
UP NEXT:
The Crusaders will travel to Bethlehem, Pa. to take on Lehigh in the final Patriot League series of the season. The first game is scheduled to start at 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 5.
