WORCESTER, Mass. - Junior Alexander Escada placed third in the Holy Cross Decathlon with 5849 points. Jonathan Collins of UMass Amherst took first place with 6417 points. 

Escada placed second in the 110m hurdles with a time of 15.87. In the javelin, discus throw and the shot put, Escada took seventh place with 40.08m, 30.06m and 10.46m throws in each event, respectively.
