WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross men's lacrosse team dropped its season finale to Boston University, 9-4.
The Terriers (7-7, 3-5 PL) took a 2-0 lead over the Crusaders (4-9, 2-6 PL) and continued the scoring through the second quarter. At the half, BU held a 7-1 advantage. The scoring was even at 2-2 in the third quarter, but Holy Cross could not erase the BU deficit. In the final quarter, Holy Cross scored the lone goal but finished the game down, 9-4.
