DELAND, Fla. - The Holy Cross softball team dropped two games against Tennessee-Martin and Stetson on March 9. The Crusaders lost 4-0 to the Skyhawks and 9-1 to the Hatters. Against Tennessee-Martin, freshman Bella Jankowski and senior Savannah Young led the team with one hit each. In the second game against Stetson, junior Taylor Wahler had one RBI and Jankowski had two hits. 

GAME ONE

Highlights:

• Junior Alexandra Held and senior Katy Watson pitched for the Crusaders. Held had three strikeouts and pitched five innings. Watson allowed one run through two innings pitched. 
• Jankowski and Young led the team with one hit each. 

GAME TWO

Sixth inning: 

• Wahler got the Crusaders started in the sixth inning with a double to right center. 
• Senior Taylor Moss stepped to the plate and singled up the middle and recorded one RBI to send Wahler home. 

Highlights:

• Jankowski had two hits in the game. 
• Junior Olivia Sloane pitched for four innings and recorded two strikeouts.
